THE SHOW FLOOR
with more than 500 exhibitors expected at MODEX 2012, finding the equipment, technologies, or services that interest you
can be a challenge.
To help attendees more easily locate exhibits, show
planners have organized the 150,000 square feet of
exhibit space into four distinct centers. Here’s a brief
description of what you’ll find in each section:
Manufacturing & Assembly Solutions Center
In this center, you will find component parts, attachments, and equipment and systems for the manufacturing environment. This solution center will also feature
automated assembly support, intelligent devices, robotics, ergonomic and safety equipment, workstations, light
rail, and other assembly assist equipment and systems
for the manufacturing environment. Here you will find
material handling and logistics solutions designed to
boost the efficiency of manufacturing, distribution, and
assembly operations.
Fulfillment & Delivery Solutions Center
This center showcases solutions designed to support
both traditional and e-commerce fulfillment, order
assembly, third-party logistics, warehousing, distribution, and transportation activities. The exhibitors you’ll
meet here also provide systems and services that support consumer and business direct market strategies.
Information Technology (IT) Solutions Center
In this center, you’ll find companies offering software
solutions or consulting services that support manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain operations. Information technology is a rapidly growing part
of manufacturing and the supply chain, and will be a key
center of activity at MODEX 2012.
The Knowledge Center
MODEX’s Knowledge Center offers industry resources
and information as well as more than 70 free educational sessions held right on the show floor.
