company of Grebe Group, has acquired
90 percent of the shares in Naber-Meyer
S.A.S., F-78620 Acheres, France. Naber-Meyer S.A.S. is a niche supplier for decorative glass coatings focussing on the
cosmetics and beverage industry. With a
market share of approximately 45 percent Naber-Meyer are market leaders in
this segment in France. Plastic coatings
as well as special industrial finishes are
part of their product portfolio as well.
Currently Naber-Meyer S.A.S. has 27
employees. Integration into the global
structure of the Grebe Group will create
new business prospects for Naber-Meyer S.A.S. allowing them to increase
their export share. The company’s name
will be changed to Weilburger France.
