Our History

Pan Technology Inc. is a privately held corporation known for its expertise in dispersion technology. Founded in 1949, Pan is a leading manufacturer of clear and pigmented dispersions, serving the architectural and industrial coatings, inks, automotive, plastic and cosmetic industries. Our dispersions come in multiple forms, featuring the Pan TINT® Series of easy-to-incorporate 100% solid chip/powders.

Our Products

Pan Technology leverages its expertise to provide the highest quality dispersions in a multitude of resinated and non-resinated platforms. We process all types of pigments including the “ difficult” ones, transforming them into dispersions that deliver consistent color, maximum tint strength and in certain cases, transparency. Aside from the standard Pan TINT® Series of products, Pan Technology specializes in custom formulations and toll manufacturing. Our dispersions are used in such diverse applications as conventional and low VOC architectural, industrial, OEM, UV and EB cured coatings and adhesives.

For ink applications, the Pan TINT® Series can be used in digital printing inks and solvent and water-reducible packaging inks. We specialize in conventional solvent, HAPS-free solvent and waterborne inks for specialty printing applications such as swimming pool liners, commercial and residential wallcoverings, metalized foil, and polyester film. We also support these same industries with a variety of clear coatings in all levels of gloss. Aside from our standard product portfolio. Pan Technology also specializes in custom formulation and toll manufacturing.
