platform RoadSync has introduced Express
Deposit, a new feature that allows customers
to cash out minutes after their transaction is
completed. With Express Deposit, customers
can receive funds at night, on weekends, or
whenever is most convenient for them.
Standard payments typically take between
two and four business days, but customers
using Express Deposit will now be able to
receive funds on their debit card in 30 minutes
or less. RoadSync customers can use Express
Deposit whenever or wherever they need it.
There is a per-transaction fee to use Express
Deposit but no charge to set up the feature.
RoadSync allows warehouses, freight handlers, trucking companies, heavy-truck repair
and maintenance shops, and others to digitally invoice and accept payments quickly,
conveniently, and securely. According to the
company, this platform reduces payment-pro-cessing time and maximizes revenue collection.

Counterbalanced lift truck: Mitsubishi
Caterpillar Forklift America Inc., the provider
of Jungheinrich lift trucks and narrow-aisle
products in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, has
introduced its new electric stand-up counterbalanced lift truck, the ETG 214-318 series.
Designed to maximize performance and operator comfort, the Jungheinrich ETG series
efficiently loads and unloads trailers, shuttles
goods, and moves loads in confined spaces.
Engineered to handle a wide range of applications, the 36-volt AC lift trucks are available
in 3,000- to 4,000-pound capacities with lift
heights of up to 276 inches.
The ETG series is equipped with top-of-the-line technology to keep operators productive
and secure, the company says. Customizable
tilt speeds at all heights help improve productivity and prevent damage to the load or drop
down. Three preprogrammed performance
modes allow users to customize individual drive
and hydraulic settings based on the application
or the operator’s experience level.
Electric power steering enables the operator
to easily maneuver the lift truck, especially in
tight aisles or congested spaces. The intuitive
multifunctional control handle allows operators to work three functions simultaneously for
greater productivity.
The trucks feature AC motors that utilize
less energy while still maintaining exceptional
performance, the manufacturer says. The AC
control system optimizes energy efficiency to
run up to two shifts on one battery charge in

AGVs for pallet transport: Dematic, a supplier of integrated automated technology, software, and services to optimize the supply chain, has introduced Dematic
Compact, a modular automated guided vehicle (AGV) solution for the transport
and staging of pallets in production and warehousing operations. As an automated pallet transport solution, the AGV accommodates point-to-point transfer of
pallets, skids, racks, tubs, and rolls with automated pickup, transport, and dropoff.
The Dematic Compact AGV is ideal for repetitive material transport tasks in mul-tishift operations, the manufacturer says.
The vehicles in the Dematic Compact series share a common frame structure and drive module to which the load-handling device is mounted. Dematic
Compact AGV formats include straddle fork, counterbalance fork, and tugger.
Onboard vehicle-control software and system-control software is standardized for
all vehicle formats to enable fast and easy configuration.
The Dematic Compact AGV provides the functionality of conventional Dematic
AGVs but in a pre-engineered, modular format for low- to mid-capacity applications. The pre-engineered modular vehicle design supports high uptime, ease
of maintenance, a short implementation schedule, and a lower price point, the

High-level palletizer: Columbia Machine has introduced the HL4200 high-level
palletizer with enhanced diagnostics. The HL4200 includes a bi-parting layer
apron, centering side layer guides with Smart Squeeze, automatic hoist pins, and
more. According to the company, the HL4200 is capable of palletizing virtually
any package type, including unwrapped trays, film-only bundles, and plastic totes.
In addition, the HL4200 features Columbia’s Smart Diagnostics for greater
feedback related to fault detection and an optional video playback to assist the
