Dunn-Edwards introduces Enso Paint
Dunn-Edwards recently introduced Enso,
a new low odor and zero-VOC paint. “A lot
of eco-friendly paints have poor dry film
performance, leaving the surface tacky or
soft. Enso has eliminated that problem,”
said Brad Wheeler, product manager for
Dunn-Edwards.
Dunn-Edwards has launched Enso, a
premium, low odor, zero-VOC paint.
Enso has virtually no odor during or
after application, making it ideal for
use in occupied spaces, such as
homes, hotels, schools and hospitals.
According to the company, Enso uses
a new resin technology that allows
for a harder surface than that of
many low odor products, and it
achieves this hardness without
using organic solvents. It is easy to
apply and has good flow and leveling
properties for a smooth finish. It
also offers improved hide properties
so fewer coats are needed, and it provides good washability. Enso is
available in a primer and in flat,
eggshell and semi-gloss finishes.
Enso also comes in a full range of
light to dark colors.
GEOCEL’S NEW 4515 SEALANT
Geocel, LLC has launched Geocel
4515 Pitch Pan & Repair Sealant.
This new sealant has a dual purpose.
It can be used with most pitch pans
as a pitch pan sealant and also as a
sealant to repair seams, tears and
holes on EPDM, PVC, TPO and most
roofing membranes in damp and dry
conditions. Geocel 4515 goes down on
most substrates without primers and
cleaners. It saves costs by reducing
the number of products needed and
saves time by reducing the number
of application steps, according to the
company. Packaged in two-liter pour
pouches and a weather resistant
pail, Geocel 4515 is easily carried on
the job.
