Balemaster® balers
put more green in your pocket.
If you are not baling your waste now, or if you are baling manually, then
you’re spending too much time handling empty cardboard boxes. Balemaster®
balers can do the work for you. Balemaster® wide-mouth auto-ty balers send
money to your bottom line in many ways. Here are just two:
1. Conventional hand tying takes 7 to 10 minutes per bale. But Balemaster®
auto-ty balers process cardboard waste into a dense bale that is
automatically and securely tied in less than 30 seconds.
2. Balemaster® balers produce bales with the highest density per cubic foot.
So there’s more material per volume than any other baler. This reduces
annual baling wire costs and maximizes recycling revenue per load.
Balemaster® balers are engineered to save energy, improve efficiency, reduce
wire usage, and lower maintenance costs. Being green is good business. But
pocketing green is even better.
Don’t crunch the numbers any other way.
Stretch-wrapping machine: Orbital
stretch-wrapping machines in the TAB
Wrapper Tornado line from TAB Industries
feature a mobile design with built-in fork
pockets that allow the packaging machinery
to be safely lifted and transported by forklift.
The mobile TAB Wrapper Tornado stretch
wrappers may be moved from one conveyor,
packaging, or assembly line to another; from
one department to another; and from one
building to another to reduce product handling and staging while minimizing the risk
of damage to products in process. Once set
in place, the machine is simply plugged into
an ordinary outlet with a dedicated line for
operation.
Suitable for wrapping and protecting tubing and pipe, fabricated metal parts, bulk
bags, cartons, stone pavers, 55-gallon drums,
and virtually any palletized load, the mobile
TAB Wrapper Tornado line enables warehouse managers, material handling engineers, and other packaging professionals to
save on costs by moving a single machine
among multiple locations versus installing
separate machines at each location. The
mobility also ensures the machine is in frequent operation and reduces the potential for
idle machine time.
The TAB Wrapper Tornado line wraps
plastic stretch film 360 degrees around and
under an entire palletized load, including the
pallet, while the load is raised on a forklift or
continuously fed from a conveyor to create a
single secure load. The TAB Wrapper Tornado
line includes three standard models plus
custom sizes and ships from the company’s
Reading, Pa., headquarters fully assembled
with a full warranty. (TAB Industries, www.

Louvered panel: Akro-Mils has introduced
the Single Row Louvered Panel. Designed for
use in areas where a full panel will not fit, the
Single Row Louvered Panel creates additional
storage space, putting storage around close
spaces such as desk or workbench areas.
Made of 16-gauge cold-rolled steel, these
wall-mountable panels can be placed side by
side in a continuous row. Single Row Louvered
Panels have an 80-pound weight capacity.

Metal joints: Creform Corp. has introduced a new series of structural metal joint sets
for its unique 42-millimeter-diameter pipe in a variety of shapes and configurations.
The metal joints, designated the LJ and the LEJ series, are complete joint assem-blies for connecting 42-millimeter pipe most commonly used to assemble Creform
heavy-duty structures, such as workstations, flow racks, and carts.
The metal joint sets are either nickel plated for anti-static applications or e-coat-ed black for standard applications. They are available as LJ (42mm/42mm) and LEJ
(42mm/28mm) joint sets. (Creform Corp., www.creform.com)
