As the material handling industry
grows and changes, our line of dual-gate safety systems has grown and
changed too. You’ll still find the
reliable, dual-gate systems like the
industry-first Roly® gate, but you’ll
also find that we’ve continued to
update those designs. New designs
for pick modules, pallet flow lanes
and loading docks have been added
to our product line, and accessory
options like power operation, sensors,
netting and wire mesh can be added
to all of our models.
Multi-level rack-supported pick
modules are now a common method
of efficiently maximizing space in a
distribution center, but the picking bays
and the empty pallet/tote return bays
create fall protection concerns. We have
gates specifically designed to secure
these areas, and offer rack-supported
models that attach directly to the pallet
rack and use a dual-gate system to
create a safe environment, including
the Roly, Tri-Side and Pivot models.
We’ve also designed dual-gate systems
for pallet flow lanes to keep employees
from falling when they walk onto the
lanes, and to prevent pallets from being
pushed into them while they are
picking the lanes.
Our new safety systems for dock
ledges and lifts provide fall protection
and close automatically to ensure
worker safety. Our new patented gate
system start to close as soon as the
lift begins to rise, and our dock safety
gates automatically close as the
truck pulls away.
In addition, our engineers specialize
in custom designs. We’ve created
hundreds of custom solutions, some
of which are now standard designs in
our product line. If one of our standard
models will not work for your unique
application, we can design a system
that works for you and does not
impede production.
