The women executives we spoke with believethat the traits and qualities that make effective,respected leaders apply to everyone, regardlessof gender, and that reaching those heights alsorequires being exceptionally good at one’s job. Yetthey also say that women bring some additionalstrengths and outlooks to leadership positions thatmay differ from those of their male counterparts.
