SEI Chemical’s exterior fleet vehicle coating
SEI Chemical’s new EVP-200 Exterior Vehicle Protector is suitable for vehicles, equipment,
machinery and architectural applications, and prevents tar, mud, dirt, cement and graffiti
from adhering in addition to preventing color fade, corrosion and UV attack.
SEI Chemical has introduced EVP-200
Exterior Vehicle Protector, a single component and zero-VOC anti-stick, anticorrosion, UV blocking and fade preventative protective coating for truck fleets,
industrial equipment, machinery and
specific architectural applications.
The new EVP-200 Exterior Vehicle
Protector is formulated to greatly
increase the life-span and reduce the
maintenance and cleaning costs to keep
fleet vehicles and equipment clean and
looking like new. Designed to overcoat
virtually any industrial surface or coating, EVP-200 is ideally suited for the
exterior of redi-mix concrete trucks,
haulers, commercial fleets, industry
equipment, heavy construction equipment and can be used in high-end
architectural applications. When cured,
the coating provides a high quality, non-stick and durable finish and offers performance that lasts up to 20 years.
When sprayed on, the coating cures
to a hard and non-stick finish that eliminates the need for harsh cleaners commonly used to clean industrial vehicles
and equipment that are environmentally destructive promote corrosion and
ruin or shorten a coatings life span.
This single component zero-VOC coating utilizes SEI’s in-house synthesized
fluoropolymer at a very high concentration. It also incorporates a nano-partic-ulate that promotes durability and
abrasion resistance. The coating is virtually self-cleaning as it prohibits materials including tar, cement, mud and
dirt, among other hydrocarbon-based or
chemical products to adhere.
EVP-200 Exterior Vehicle Protector is
available in clear and it achieves a tack
free finish in four to six hours and fully
cures in 24 hours. Suitable surfaces
include powder coated and other painted surfaces, ferrous, non-ferrous and
galvanized metals, fiberglass, carbon
fiber, concrete, masonry, stone and wood.
COATING PROTECTS STEEL
AND FIBERGLASS BOAT BOTTOMS
Designed for marine vessel hulls, Xiom
Corp’s Ship and Boat Bottom Coating
patent-pending powder coating is poly-mer/ceramic-based and contains no TBT
or VOCs. The coating has a network of
evenly dispersed active copper oxide and
silver ions in a polymer matrix that is
fully melted when applied with Xiom’s
proprietary thermal spray process. The
polymer matrix serves to hold the copper oxide in place for years. Even if
there should be some break or tear in
the coating, there is a nylon modified
fuse bond epoxy between the hull and
coating, maintaining integrity.
