Dur-A-Flex launches Hybri-Flex ES
The Hybri-Flex ES system is ideal for heavy
duty precision manufacturing, automotive
facilities and aircraft maintenance hangars.
Dur-A-Flex has introduced its first
smooth-finish hybrid flooring system—Hybri-Flex ES. Offered in nine
standard colors as well as unlimited
custom colors, Hybri-Flex ES base
coat also delivers bonding strength
to concrete while tolerating moisture
levels almost four times those of traditional resin floor systems, according to the company. This feature
allows installation of the system as
soon as five days after the concrete is
poured. The three-step ES system
consists of a one-eighth-inch self-leveling base coat, an epoxy coat and is
finished with the urethane Armor-Top coat, producing a durable three-sixteenth-inch thick floor.

Dispenser, an easy-to-use, trigger-controlled dispense gun that provides smooth and consistent adhesive flow. The ergonomic Loctite(R)
50 ml Tube Squeeze Dispenser eliminates tube squeezing and provides
controlled adhesive positioning. This
manual dispenser completely empties the tube, reducing adhesive

SHERWIN-WILLIAMS’ ENVIROLASTIC
LT PRIMER FOR CONCRETE & STEEL
Sherwin-Williams has introduced a
fast drying, low viscosity polyurea
primer for steel and concrete that can
be applied in temperatures as low as
0ºF (-17ºC). Envirolastic LT Primer is a
year-round product, ideal for low temperature applications or whenever a
fast dry/fast recoat primer is required.
At 77ºF (25ºC), surfaces can be recoated after one hour; at 40ºF ( 4.5ºC), surfaces can be recoated after five hours.
Envirolastic LT Primer is ideal for use
with polyurea and polyurethane topcoats, and offers a long pot life for
brush and roll applications. It can also
be applied via airless spray.
PPG LAUNCHES INTERIOR
POLYURETHANE ENAMEL
PPG’s commercial coatings group has
introduced AUE-120, a high-solids, low-VOC interior polyurethane enamel.
AUE-120 provides a textured or smooth
finish for manufactured items ranging
from business machines and computer
cabinetry to dental equipment, electronic enclosures and industrial machinery.
The coating is available in white, black
or any custom color. It delivers mar and
abrasion resistance and is suitable for
hiding surface imperfections such as
grinding marks and weld seams.

POWDER COAT FINISHING LINE
Ohio Gratings, Inc. has introduced their
new powder coat finishing line. The new
powder coat line reduces chipping and
scratching, eliminates sags, is resistant
to heat, sunlight, fading, corrosion, abrasion and peeling, has bending flexibility
