Feidal Coatings is a German,
privately held company that develops, produces and sells paints and
coatings. Feidal Coatings’ business divisions
include industrial coatings and decorative
paints. Feidal’s industrial coatings business
estimated net sales is €18m and has approximately 80 employees. The transaction
includes acquisition of Feidal GmbH & Co.
KG, Brüggen factory and industrial coatings
business from Feidal Polska Sp. z.o.o. The
Brüggen factory will continue manufacturing industrial metal paints.

business forward in close cooperation
to ensure high quality and improved

The parties have agreed that the value
of the transaction will remain undisclosed.

Penguins Home, to Become
‘PPG PAINTS Arena’
PPG has announced that it has reached
an agreement with the Pittsburgh
Penguins to immediately assume naming rights for Pittsburgh’s multipurpose
arena. Previously known as “CONSOL
Energy Center,” the facility now will be
named “PPG PAINTS Arena.” PPG also
becomes the official paint supplier of
the Pittsburgh Penguins. Financial terms

In the coming weeks, signage inside
and outside the facility and all related
marketing materials will transition to reflect the new name and logo.
