Siltech is a privately owned business, we hope and believe that
the pride we feel in this company channels its way through
each of our employees to every customer. We develop, manufacture and market a full line of organo-functional silicone
compounds and related specialties for a wide range of industrial applications, using our patented and otherwise proprietary technologies.
Products’ Scope
Siltech offers the ink industry a broad line of silicone additives
and Silmer® reactive silicones as well as more unique chemistries.
Our additives provide special properties including slip, gloss,
mar resistance, flow, leveling, and foam control. These are efficient at very low concentrations, cost effective, and widely used.
Our expertise and portfolio of reactive silicones aligns with industry needs to bind into an ink as well as to modify resins obtaining hybrid properties including 3D printing matrices.

• Silmer ACR acrylated silicone series for slip, softness, flexibility, stain and mar resistance in UV cured inks and coatings and
3D printing matrices.
• Siltech Additives for softness, flow, leveling, slip, mar, and
foam control.
Unique Products
Our newest products are Silmer® OHT products for fluoro-free
anti-graffiti and stain release. This series of products bloom to
the surface and orient to maximize the low surface energy of the
silicone polymer providing stain release that rivals fluoroalkyl
products without and fluoro content.
R&D Capabilities
Our R&D, Technical Service and Process R&D laboratories are
modern, well-equipped, co-located with our manufacturing facilities and staffed with first-class chemists and engineers. These scientists have years of experience in synthesis and key applications.
QC Capabilities
Our first rate analytical labs and personnel support the quality
of our manufactured products as well as new product development and technical service.
