• Laboratory Pilot Mills
The EMI Pilot Mills are excellent for wet milling dispersions
for product research, small batch production. Result will
help predict production expectations though process data
collection. Wet milling and fine grinding dispersions with
grinding media by single pass processing or recirculation
milling. The M series Pilot Mills have a variable speed agi-
tator and variable rate feed pump to control product flow.
In addition the M-series mills can be transformed into a
self-pumping mill that reduces the volume being processing
and recycles the batch until the desired results are achieved.
Pilot Mills are available with process chambers from 100
