I read your article with great interest. And I
echo your pointed question ... why is life-cycle
logistics so far out of the leadership’s mind?
As consumers, we certainly factor the life-cycle cost of what we “acquire”; witness the rise
of imported autos and the consequent demise
of the domestic auto industry.

Your article states that Crisplant was once part of the Pinnacle Group. In fact,
Crisplant was never part of the Pinnacle Group but was bought by FKI before
FKI purchased the Pinnacle Group.
