Balemaster® balers
put more green in your pocket.
If you are not baling your waste now, or if you are baling manually, then
you’re spending too much time handling empty cardboard boxes. Balemaster®
balers can do the work for you. Balemaster® wide-mouth auto-ty balers send
money to your bottom line in many ways. Here are just two:
1. Conventional hand tying takes 7 to 10 minutes per bale. But Balemaster®
auto-ty balers process cardboard waste into a dense bale that is
automatically and securely tied in less than 30 seconds.
2. Balemaster® balers produce bales with the highest density per cubic foot.
So there’s more material per volume than any other baler. This reduces
annual baling wire costs and maximizes recycling revenue per load.
Balemaster® balers are engineered to save energy, improve efficiency, reduce
wire usage, and lower maintenance costs. Being green is good business. But
pocketing green is even better.
Don’t crunch the numbers any other way.
Dock stocker: Stärke Material Handling
Group has released its new LiftMaxx Series
electric dock stocker with capacity options
of 3,500 and 4,000 pounds. This new line of
dock stockers represents the latest expansion
to Stärke’s LiftMaxx Series of industrial lift
machines.
The EDS35-40ACX is designed to excel in
confined areas where visibility and maneuverability are most important, such as docks,
trailers, and narrow-aisle facilities. Available in
three-stage masts with up to 190-inch maximum lift heights, each unit is powered by a
36V AC electric motor with a 36V industrial
battery. The EDS line also includes several
operator-friendly features, such as a fully
programmable Curtis controller, an 80-inch
operator cabin, an ergonomic lumbar support
pillow, an adjustable armrest, P&G joystick
controls, and power steering.
Additional features and options for the
EDS35-40ACX include LED work lights, a
strobe light and backup alarm, and a variety of fork configurations. (Stärke Material
Handling Group, www.starkeforklift.com)
Personnel lifter: Lift-Rite has introduced
the SpinGo personnel lifter, a lightweight
and easily maneuverable push-around vertical
platform for operator extended-reach applications up to 13. 5 feet ( 4. 17 meters) high.
The compact ergonomic design and tight
turning radius make the SpinGo ideal for
congested areas where vertical lift is needed.
The design allows day-to-day operations to
continue uninterrupted
while the new lifter is
in use, and an array of
features simplify maintenance and optimize
uptime.
SpinGo offers quick
elevation at the touch
of a button. When the
device is stationary, the
brakes are automatically engaged for secure
and stable operation
while elevated. The
convenience of two
separate storage areas, a load deck and a
cargo shelf, allows an operator to efficiently
secure two separate loads for transport.
The SpinGo is easily maintainable with
quick and easy access to all components,
including the battery. Using a standard
110-volt wall plug-in to charge the battery,
SpinGo provides a long run-time of up to
11 hours utilizing a single charge. (Lift-Rite,

Portable loading dock: Leum Engineering has introduced its Dockzilla wide load
ramp, a portable loading dock that provides loading capabilities for oversized
freight, including automotive racks, ATVs, and storage/moving boxes.
The 15-foot design provides considerable room for maneuvering, meaning that
forklifts can be used to transfer loads from the ramp to the platform. Meanwhile,
the 9-foot width of the deck provides space to accommodate wider loads, especially
when a transfer is needed for an off-center truck. The overall result is that users
are able to load more and reduce transportation costs, the company says. (Leum
