Manufactured in a variety of models and sizes to accommodate virtually any application, these pallet drop safety gates can also be custom designed for specific environments, and are available in manual or power operation with push-button stations or radio frequency remotes.

All models meet or exceed OSHA, IBC and ANSI requirements.

Controlled-Access Pallet Drop Gate Models include: Roly® Model: The original dual-gate system, available in any width, depth or height. Options include power operation and stainless steel.

Rack Supported Roly® Model: Attaches to existing rack components in pick modules to secure picking positions or empty pallet/empty tote return bays.

Pivot and High Pallet Pivot Models: Few moving parts make this design ideal for hostile environments. Available in powder-coated mild steel or electro-polished stainless steel.

Tri-Side Model: Ideal for areas where lack of depth on the platform is a concern—allowing pallets to be removed at 90-degree angles or straight back into the drop area.

Pallet Flow Pick Module Swing Gate:

Self-closing gates to secure ledges of multiple deep pallet flow lanes on mezzanines and rack modules.

Open Top Model: With no overhead mechanics this system was designed for tall pallet loads or overhead crane/ hoist applications.
