TECHNOLOGIES & NEW PRODUCTS: On the forefront of technology is where Draiswerke truly has made a name for itself. Due to the advanced milling technology of the patented DCP Perl Mill, highest quality paint and pigment dispersions are now available in the

market which could not be produced on conventional systems. The Gelimat Compounder “rewrote the book” on plastics compounding processes and the Turbulent Super Flusher revamped the technological process of pigment flushing. The TurboMastic Compounder is revolutionizing the processing of mastics, hot melt adhesives, sealants, caulking compounds, pastes and other high viscosity products.

The DCP Megaflow and the MegaVantis recirculation Perl Mills each feature two grinding chambers connected in series with internal grinding media recirculation. Thus, hydraulic packing of media is prevented even at highest throughputs (recirculation grinding).
