For over seven decades and four generations, the hallmark of King Industries has been innovation in the development, manufacturing and marketing of specialty chemical products. A tradition that began in 1932, when company founder Robert J. King first developed simple, yet innovative, processing aids for natural rubber.

With the advent of high solids – low VOC coatings in the 1970’s, King was a pioneer in the development of acid catalysts used to cure these new systems. Today, King offers not only the industry’s broadest line of acid and blocked acid catalysts but seven additional product lines of performance additives for coatings, inks, adhesives and sealants. ISO 9001 and 14001 certified, all King facilities incorporate the leading edge of available technology in terms of process equipment and control systems, laboratory instrumentation and communications equipment. As important as these tools are for today’s business, King takes great pride in the close to two hundred employees who individually and collectively are King Industries.

K-SPERSE® Dispersants/Wetting Agents which are either sulfonate based or solvent-free polymeric additives for non-aqueous, solventless and powder systems.
