PRODUCT RANGE:
Resins and Polymers – Carboset®, Sancure®, Permax®,
Vycar® and DORESCO® polymers can be used in waterborne and solventborne paints and coatings. Lubrizol can
provide creative, cost-effective solutions for wood, plastic,
masonry, direct-to-metal and architectural coatings as well
as industrial finishes or specialty coatings. Our resins meet
increasingly stringent demands for higher performance
and lower VOC emissions.
Surface Modifiers – Lanco™, Lanco™ Glidd, Lanco™
LiquiMatt and Aquaslip™ surface modifiers improve the
performance of industrial, architectural, can and coil, wood
and powder coatings by enhancing and protecting surfaces.
They impart a variety of properties to a coating, including
enhanced slip, improved abrasion and scratch resistance,
matting, texturing and a silky, soft feel.
Hyperdispersants – SOLSPERSE™, SOLPLUS™ and
Ircosperse® hyperdispersants optimize pigment/particle
dispersion and grind viscosity. This results in maximum
color strength, improved compatability and reduced manufacturing costs.
Rheology Control Agents – Ircogel®, Ircothix™ and
SOLTHIX™ rheology control agents improve the performance of coatings by providing sag control, improved surface
appearance, antisettling, reduced solvent content and consistent viscosity.
Flow Modifiers eliminate film defects caused by contaminants and poor surface preparation. They also provide
proper flow and leveling after application and modify the
surface tension of the coating.
Specialty Additives include Lubrizol® adhesion promoters
and corrosion inhibitors for direct-to-metal applications.
