IGM Resins USA, Inc., a global producer
and supplier of radiation curable materials, has added Scott Burns to its commercial team, reporting to vice president
– North America Patrick Maloney. Bruns
joins the company as sales manager for
the Northeast USA.
Bruce Griffin Appointed
to Senior Vice President,
Strategic Development at
Lomon Billions
Lomon Billions has announced the
appointment of Bruce Griffin to the
role of senior vice president, Strategic
Development. Griffin will report to the
Lomon Billions board. The appointment
was effective February, 1, 2017.
Griffin will focus on development and
execution of strategic opportunities that
will progress the Lomon Billions Group
towards its long-term goals.
He will also be responsible for reviewing and restructuring the company’s production supply chain and cost base, whilst
driving the business forward in both
manufacturing and technical excellence.
Originally from the oil and gas sector, Griffin has over 25 years’ experience
in industry. He was most recently CEO
of TZMI, a global consultancy for the
titanium and zircon minerals industries
and has a wealth of experience in senior
level positions in the mining and minerals sector.
Sartomer Americas
Appoints Plant Managers
Sartomer Americas, a business unit of
Arkema Group, has appointed René
Neron and Nick Ferraco as plant managers in West Chester, Pennsylvania and
Chatham, Virgina, USA respectively. In
their new roles, Neron and Ferraco will
oversee all production operations and
activities to ensure that Sartomer’s high-performance specialty chemicals continue to be manufactured with the highest
quality. Both Neron and Ferraco will report to Chris Glover, global manufacturing director.
Neron began working with Arkema
in 2015 as the plant manager at the
Chatham, VA plant. Prior to work-
ing with Arkema, Neron worked for
25 years in the manufacturing industry,
earning certifications of Six Sigma Black
Belt and Lean Leader. Previously, Neron
held multiple positions with Celanese
Corporation, ranging from process engi-
neering, R&D, technical service, technical
management, customer product support,
and manufacturing excellence.
Ferraco got his start with Arkema
in the Developing Engineer program in 2005. After leaving in 2007,
Ferraco returned to Arkema in 2013
as the operations manager for the
Chatham plant. He also served as a
Production Superintendent with Total
Petrochemicals Inc., where he was responsible for safety, production, maintenance, and engineering. At ATOFINA
Chemicals, Inc. (now Arkema), Ferraco
worked as a process engineer.

Alexander “Sandy” Wilson has joined the
organization as vice president, Principal
Management Specialty Intermediates. In
this newly created role, Wilson will be integrally involved with the management of
existing Cadence principal supplier relationships and will work to expand product offerings, creating value for customers.
Cadence Chemical, which recently became part of Maroon Group, is a national supplier of specialty chemicals for the
CASE, chemical processing, water treatment, and associated industries.

Hires New Regional Sales
Manager
Specialty Polymers, Inc. has hired Jorge
Seuc as the company’s new regional
sales manager. His territory includes
southern California, Arizona, New
Mexico, and Texas.
In his role as regional sales manager,
Seuc will be focused on supporting cus-
tomers in a variety of markets, includ-
ing architectural & industrial coatings,
“Jorge comes to us with a wealth of
experience in the polymer and chemical
industry,” Sheryl Southwell, Specialty’s
president said. “His experience in the in-
dustry is tremendous and he’s a natural fit
within our organization.”
Seuc most recently worked as the
account manager for Dowd & Guild
in Southern California, with prod-
uct lines ranging from resins to pig-
ments/colorants, TiO2, and specialty
additives. He spent 8 years at EPS as
regional sales manager, providing al-
kyd and latex emulsions for coatings,
construction materials, and adhesives.
Previously he worked at Sun Chemical
Corp., with responsibilities for the
Latin American market specializing in
organic pigments and colorants for the
coatings, printing inks, plastics, and
cosmetics industries.

Jackson as chief financial officer.
Jackson has many
years of experience in
manufacturing and as a CFO. He will
be based in Elizabeth City and will be
responsible for Hockmeyer’s finance, accounting and information technology.
Hockmeyer has been a manufacturer of
processing equipment for over 70 years
with product lines that include high speed
dispersers, mills, single and multi-shaft
