Intelligrated acquires
voice company Datria
Intelligrated, an automated material
handling solutions provider, acquired
Datria Systems Inc., a provider of
voice-enabled services for mobile
workers, for an undisclosed sum.
Denver-based Datria will be immediately integrated into Knighted,
Intelligrated’s software unit,
Intelligrated said in a statement.
Datria’s voice services enable
employees to connect and communicate on various types of mobile
devices.
“Our goal is to continue to develop
software solutions that improve operational efficiency and lower supply
chain costs,” said Greg Cronin, executive vice president of Intelligrated, in
the statement.
Intelligrated and Knighted will continue to support Datria installations
and will offer Datria Voice as a stand-alone solution, Cincinnati-based
Intelligrated said. Datria CEO James
Greenwell will remain in a senior
management role, reporting to
