Speed, innovation and growth have been common themes for
our company and customers in 2018. It has been an outstanding
year in which we have seen the introduction of faster, more
efficient solutions than ever before. With mobile robotics,
autonomous vehicles and high-speed shuttles, the material
handling industry is developing the technologies and processes
needed to satisfy growing consumer demands.

As we close out the year and head full speed into 2019, our focus remains on several key areas of opportunity:

Toyota Industries Supply Chain – As a Toyota Advanced Logistics company, Bastian Solutions is proud to work alongside our sister companies to provide customers with the largest, most diverse portfolio of material handling products and services along with the largest support network in North America.

Research and Development – In this era of speed, it is critical to look toward the future and develop solutions that ensure our customers’ success. Innovations in mobile robotics, the ULTRA trailer unloader, autonomous vehicles, augmented and virtual reality, robotic picking and energy management are just the beginning of our efforts to engineer the best material handling systems.

E-Commerce and Omni-Channel – With our strong consulting ability, warehouse execution system and the latest goods-to-person technologies, Bastian Solutions helps companies improve omni-channel and e-commerce operations. Using these best-in breed technologies, we design smarter, more cost-effective order fulfillment systems and retail automation solutions for customer pick-up.

Manufacturing – This year saw the opening of our newest manufacturing facility. With several more manufacturing locations in the plans, we are proud to invest again in the people and economy of central Indiana. With increased manufacturing capabilities, we can offer customers improved service and more competitive pricing.
