Counterbalanced lift trucks:
Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift
America Inc., a manufacturer of lift
trucks and narrow-aisle products in
the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, has
added the 4,500- to 6,500-pound
capacity Jungheinrich EFG
C23-C30L sit-down electric
counterbalanced lift trucks
to its North American product line.
The new electric counterbalanced trucks can operate up to
two shifts on one battery charge in most applications, allowing
customers to achieve more in a given workday. The lift trucks
feature an advanced drive system that provides rapid acceleration, smooth directional changes, and precise speed control and
handling. Individual performance features such as travel speed,
acceleration rate, and regenerative braking can be customized to
fit the individual customer’s requirements.
The AC hydraulic system is designed to allow smooth load
handling and precise load placements. Hydraulic cushioning is
built into the mast-staging function to help reduce unnecessary
shocks to the truck and to the load. The EFG C23-C30L models also feature enhanced hydrostatic steering and a compact
steering wheel design to give operators added room. (Mitsubishi

High-bay LED light: Big Ass Fans has unveiled its latest LED
product, the double LED bay light. The unit’s thermodynamic
design dissipates heat quickly and keeps light shining bright.
With three mounting options (aircraft cable, pendant, and flush),
rotatable modules provide various angles of light distribution
(including full 180-degree rotation for 100-percent uplighting)
and five interchangeable lens options to shape and direct light
where it needs to go.
According to the company, the double LED bay light is simple
to install, adjust, and optimize. With a max temperature rating of
149 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees Celsius) and light output for
over 150,000 hours ( 17 years of 24/7 operation), the double LED
bay light can hang from the highest ceiling without flickering,
breaking, or overheating. The light comes with a 10-year full-fix-ture warranty. (Big Ass Fans, bigassfans.com)
Automated stacker: The Raymond Corp. has launched a new
next-generation automated lift truck stacker, the Raymond
Courier 3030 stacker, that uses Seegrid vision-guided technology and combines horizontal transport and vertical pallet lift.
Supporting Raymond’s introduction of intelligent warehouse
solutions, the Courier 3030 stacker is designed to automate
stacking from pick to delivery locations.
Ideal for handling and transporting products between connected manufacturing and warehouse facilities, the Courier 3030
stacker automated lift truck helps maximize work-force productivity and drive down labor costs, the manufacturer says. With
a second-level vertical reach capability of up to 72 inches and a
weight capacity of 2,500 pounds, the automated stacker is suitable for pickup/dropoff, end-of-aisle and end-of-line applications,
and conveyor picking, according to Raymond.
The Courier 3030 stacker is able to transport pallets of different sizes and types. In addition, the reverse-motion and
auto-engagement functions optimize workflow and increase productivity, helping warehouses operate more efficiently. (Raymond

IoT alert system: Linor
Technology Inc., a research
and development company
that designs and builds controllers for the Internet of
Things (IoT), has introduced
its IoTMeter wireless equipment hour meter. IoTMeter
is a wireless equipment run-time monitor and alert system that remotely collects
real-time data on offline
industrial vehicles and powered equipment, enabling companies
to stay on top of routine maintenance to minimize equipment
downtime and lost revenue.
The wireless IoTMeter is a self-contained Wi-Fi-enabled cus-tom-developed device built on the company’s existing TCP/IP
Web-based product platform. With digital inputs, relay outputs,
analog inputs, and specially designed software, the customizable
solution collects data on usage hours, temperature, voltage, and
more. (Linor Technology Inc., www.linortek.com)
