Pick-module gate: Wildeck Inc. has
introduced the NetGate pick-module safety
gate, which is designed to transform open
rack loading zones into protected, safe
access areas by providing full-height fall
protection within the pallet zone.
NetGate utilizes an integrated cable/pul-ley system that Wildeck says is easy to install
into new or existing rack structures (rack
not included). When one side of the gate is
lifted, the other closes, providing full-height
fall protection near the elevated ledge at
all times.
According to the company, the NetGate
pick-module safety gate is most effective
when installed onto the rack uprights of the
user’s elevated rack loading area. (Wildeck,

Mezzanine floor panel: Cornerstone
Specialty Wood Products LLC has introduced the ResinDek LD mezzanine floor
panel. Available in a variety of finishes,
the 3/4-inch-thick ResinDek LD engineered
wood composite panel is manufactured
with specially sorted and processed wood
fibers, customized formaldehyde-free resins,
and a wax emulsifier. The ingredients are
combined and compressed under extremely
high pressure and temperature, resulting
in a panel designed and built to withstand
heavy rolling cart and pallet jack loads of up
to 2,000 pounds.
ResinDek LD is ideal for warehouse mezzanine floors, elevated floors, or rack platforms that require durability, a showcase
appearance, and ease of maintenance, the
company says.
All ResinDek flooring panels are custom
manufactured and available in sizes up
to four feet by 10 feet (1220 millimeters
by 3048 millimeters). ResinDek tongue-and-groove configurations promote effective panel-to-panel wheel load transfers.
When required, tongue-and-groove configurations are available on all four sides.

ANSI-compliant safety gate: PS Doors has
designed its ANSI-compliant SafeMezz360 mezzanine safety gate to reduce accidents and
increase material handling efficiency.
The SafeMezz360 meets both ANSI and OSHA
safety railing standards. It utilizes a counterbalanced gate system to provide 360 degrees of
mezzanine ledge protection. In addition, it features a slam-proof cushioned dampening system
that protects personnel from dangerous and noisy slamming.
The gate is constructed of heavy-gauge steel with a durable powder-coat safety
yellow finish that’s ideal for repetitive use, the company says. It bolts easily into
place on a mezzanine and is available in single- or double-pallet widths. (PS Doors,

people from dangerous falls. The gate includes six self-closing arms; two eight-foot-tall, 24-inch-deep rack uprights; and one cross beam for stabilization and to
limit skid height. PickerPal is available in six- and eight-foot widths, meets OSHA
and IBC requirements, and installs in less than an hour. (“Save”ty Yellow Products,
