When you can fill your trailers higher,
which way do you think your profits will go?
ORBIS Small-Format pallets carry the same size load as a standard
pallet, while occupying a smaller footprint in your trailers. The 42”x 30”
footprint increases order stack height, offering a more economical
delivery solution for reduced case orders. With pallets packed-out
higher, instead of wider, your trailer density will increase and so will
your profit margins. Contact us to learn more.

Curtain walls: Rite-Hite’s Zoneworks SCL
Curtain Walls allow customers to divide the
interior space of their industrial facilities without having to install permanent walls or rigid
panelized systems.
These noninsulated curtain walls can create
“environmental zones” by providing a physical barrier that blocks the transfer of dust particles, smoke, or fumes from space to space.
Using these walls to create smaller spaces also
allows warehouse operators to use smaller
fans and more efficient air filtration systems.
The curtain is constructed of a durable vinyl
fire-retardant fabric that meets National Fire
Protection Association 701 standards. The
SCL curtain is available as a stationary wall or
a sliding system.
The flexible fabric walls can be used for any
application where permanent load-bearing
walls are not needed or are cost-prohibitive.

Vertical reciprocating conveyor: The new
FlexLoader vertical reciprocating conveyor
(VRC) system from Wildeck turns a basic vertical lift into a safer, more efficient, and more
automated material lifting system.
Materials are loaded onto the FlexLoader
with a pallet jack or fork truck. The safety gate
is then manually closed, and the load is transferred to the next level. When the load arrives
at the receiving level, the safety gate there is
manually opened to off-load the pallet.
FlexLoader incorporates Wildeck’s AutoSenz
D-Series Overload Detection System with
automated horizontal loading and off-loading
conveyors and Wildeck Safety Gates at each
level. The system is therefore excluded from
elevator department inspections and provides
code compliance in all 50 states, according to
the manufacturer.
The FlexLoader has Wildeck’s Overhead
Safety Gates at the in-feed and discharge
points. The gates protect workers from the
equipment and open shaft, and prevent loads
from being inadvertently pushed into or down
the shaft.
The FlexLoader is custom designed as a fully
integrated system to meet the user’s specific
requirements. The automated flush-mounted
conveyor can either be supplied by Wildeck
or supplied by the customer and factory
mounted at Wildeck. Having a flush-mounted
conveyor at each level makes it easy to load
and off-load the VRC using a pallet jack or
fork truck.
Separate “inbound” and “outbound”
lanes can be set up at each elevation to provide “C-Load,” “Z-Load,” or “H-Loading”
patterns. (Wildeck, www.wildeck.com)
Mobile collaboration app: TerraGo Edge is a collaboration solution that allows
mobile workers and field crews to take notes and photos, assign tasks, and share
data in real time. The field data are then immediately synched with the home office
and other mobile workers. With TerraGo Edge, organizations create intelligent
portable “notebooks” customized for their unique areas of interest and specialized
workflows. Available with a tap from any user’s smartphone or tablet, TerraGo
Edge notebooks contain all the forms, documents, maps, and imagery needed by
remote workers. In a sense, the application delivers real-time data to and from users
at the “edge of the enterprise.” (TerraGo, www.terragotech.com)
