MIDO recently established three overseas branches in Kenya,Sudan, UAE, within the international scope of ex- pansion for MIDO in the region. The company adopted an ambitious penetration plan to establish this new entry model and overcome a lot of logistics &trade barriers which held back the growth of Egyptian presence in these markets as a model, it will be replicated in selected markets across the region in the future within MIDO international expansion plan for the upcoming 5 years.
