Arizona Polymer Flooring
Acquires Super-Krete
International
Arizona Polymer Flooring (APF), a manufacturer of high-performance flooring
products and concrete coating systems,
announced its acquisition of California-based Super-Krete International, a
globally recognized manufacturer of
high-quality concrete repair and restoration materials.
“Super-Krete is an industry leader
and true market force in the decorative
concrete market. We saw a fantastic opportunity to join forces and together offer
our clients the best in both industrial and
decorative concrete flooring systems,”
said APF president Daniel Owen.
AFP’s flooring products and systems
primarily focus on the industrial marketplace with an emphasis on demanding environments, such aircraft hangars,
auto maintenance areas, food and beverage processing facilities, health care
facilities and other spaces requiring high-performance solutions. This acquisition
will allow the company to strengthen its
position in the decorative concrete market while also introducing its full line of
products and systems to Super-Krete’s existing customers.
Under the terms of the agreement,
which was executed on Jan. 29, 2016,
Super-Krete retains its name and brand,
Super-Krete is known for high-quality
waterproofing, repair, restoration and
beautification materials for residential
and commercial projects.
“Arizona Polymer Flooring shares our
same core values and commitment to
customer service,” said Super-Krete ex-
ecutive vice president Tracey Lackovich.
“Our customers will now benefit from
the strength of both companies. We’re
proud to develop this partnership, and
continue growing and innovating, just as
we have for the past 30 years.”
Each company has a national foot-
print and growing list of international
clients. APF’s manufacturing facility
is located in Arizona, and Super-Krete
has two manufacturing facilities in
California and Texas. All locations will
remain in operation.
