Cobalt Replacement – Iron-Complex
technology is an effective and sustainable
alternative to cobalt driers with the following advantages: no CMR classification
issues; improved film curing properties
under adverse conditions (high humidity/
low temperature) compared to cobalt; and
dried films develop less yellowing compared to films cured using cobalt driers.
MEKO Replacement – Effective, less toxic, aminic-based anti-skinning alternatives
are available with minimal loss of properties
if used at the appropriate levels. CW
