Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) has
announced that President and CEO James J. Malvaso
will retire effective April 1. TMHNA is made up of
Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A, Inc. (TMHU), The
Raymond Corp., and Toyota Industrial Equipment
Manufacturing Inc. (TIEM), Toyota’s
forklift manufacturing facility in
Columbus, Ind. Upon Malvaso’s retirement, Brett Wood will take over as president and CEO. He will also continue to
serve on the boards of TMHU and TIEM.
