Expanded global service capabilities: Globe
Express Services (Overseas Group) has added
four new corporate locations in Moscow,
Russia; Beijing, China; Nanjing, China; and Abu
Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The com-
pany now operates 49 corporate offices world-
wide. GES delivers customized logistics solu-
tions to a diverse global client base.
Maintaining a strong presence in Russia’s
logistics market is a key priority for GES, as the
country features one of the world’s most dynam-
ic global economies with vast growth potential
in containerized import/export, project ship-
ments, air freight, warehousing, and distribution
activities. GES Moscow will provide a full range
of logistics services in Russia for import and
export clients, including local deliveries by rail
and trucks, warehousing, customs clearance,
and ocean and airfreight deliveries worldwide.
As a top 20 non-vessel operating common
carrier (NVOCC) in the trans-Pacific trade, GES
is also expanding its China platform with new

GES Abu Dhabi represents the company’s third corporate office in the UAE. This new location will conveniently serve the $5 billion Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone, which is set to handle up to 47. 4 million tons of cargo and become the largest logistics facility in the Gulf region. Industrial casters: Colson Caster Corp., a specialist in caster and wheel products, has added new features and expanded the attributes of its 2 Series stainless steel casters. These casters have been expressly designed for use in demanding environments, including manufacturing and food-processing facilities. Available in swivel, rigid, and brake models, the casters and their component parts are made from polished 304 grade stainless steel. The 2 Series fork assemblies have a double ball bearing raceway for greater durability.

Returns liquidation service: HomeDirectUSA, a U.S. provider of white-glove home delivery service for large consumer goods, has added a new service option for returned items.
