Storage shelf converter system: Lista International Corp. has introduced the Lista
Shelf Converter System. This storage system transforms traditional shelf storage into
a high-density drawer storage solution that uses the full cubic capacity of existing storage space. Suitable for both retrofitting existing industrial shelving and for new shelv-ing-based installations, the system can increase storage capacity by as much as 50 percent over traditional shelf storage at a fraction of the cost of replacing shelving.
The expandable Shelf Converter System consists of modular Lista drawers set into
brackets that fit a number of standard shelving brands. (Lista International Corp.,

Balemaster® balers
put more green in your pocket.
If you are not baling your waste now, or if you are baling manually, then
you’re spending too much time handling empty cardboard boxes. Balemaster®
balers can do the work for you. Balemaster® wide-mouth auto-ty balers send
money to your bottom line in many ways. Here are just two:
1. Conventional hand tying takes 7 to 10 minutes per bale. But Balemaster®
auto-ty balers process cardboard waste into a dense bale that is
automatically and securely tied in less than 30 seconds.
2. Balemaster® balers produce bales with the highest density per cubic foot.
So there’s more material per volume than any other baler. This reduces
annual baling wire costs and maximizes recycling revenue per load.
Balemaster® balers are engineered to save energy, improve efficiency, reduce
wire usage, and lower maintenance costs. Being green is good business. But
pocketing green is even better.
Don’t crunch the numbers any other way.
More than a Source. A Resource.
Industrial leak detection kit: Spectronics
Corp. introduces the OPK-341 Industrial Leak
Detection Kit, an effective and efficient way
to pinpoint the exact source of all fluid leaks
in hydraulic equipment, compressors,
engines, gearboxes, and other synthetic and
petroleum-based industrial systems.
At the core of the kit is the Optimax
3000—a cordless, rechargeable, super-pow-erful blue light LED inspection flashlight. It’s
15 times brighter than regular LED flashlights
and has an inspection range of up to 20 feet,
according to the company. Powered by a
rechargeable NiMH battery, the flashlight has
an LED life of 50,000 hours.
Also included in the kit is a 16-ounce twin-neck bottle of Oil-Glo 44 concentrated fluorescent oil dye, which is compatible with all
synthetic and petroleum-based fluids. When a
leaking industrial system is scanned with the
Optimax 3000 flashlight, the dye glows brightly to reveal the precise location of the leaks.
Rounding out the kit is an 8-ounce spray
bottle of Glo-Away dye cleaner, smart AC and
DC chargers, and fluorescence-enhancing
glasses. All components are packed in a
rugged carrying case. (Spectronics Corp.,

Inventory control software: Wasp Barcode
Technologies has released Version 6 of its
Wasp Inventory Control software. The updated software features real-time visibility of
stock levels, locations, and inventory access,
enabling small and medium-sized businesses
to instantly update inventory data using an
802.11 b./g/n network. Wasp Inventory
Control v6 is available in three editions: standard, RF professional, and RF enterprise.
The RF professional and RF enterprise editions introduce real-time functionality for up-to-the-minute inventory accuracy. Real-time
inventory tracking allows businesses with rapidly changing stock levels to ensure that data
is always current and accurate. Real-time
inventory tracking also eliminates the need to
batch-transfer data each time information is
updated.
The standard edition of Wasp Inventory
Control v6 software also includes some new
features. For instance, users now have the ability to attach images and files to inventory
records for easy access, and can utilize multiple
inventory valuation methods—including LIFO,
FIFO, and moving average—for more accurate
tracking of inventory cost. In addition, users
can import an unlimited number of inventory
items from an external source, making it simple
to get started with the product. (Wasp Barcode
