Visual-on-voice system: Supply chain software company Tecsys has launched a
“visual-on-voice” system that combines the two technologies to improve the accuracy of order fulfillment.
With the system, workers can access critical fulfillment data to make quicker decisions and accelerate their workflows without the use of their hands, Tecsys says.
They are also presented with product-specific images to allow for visual validation
and to ensure that the appropriate quality-assurance checks are performed.
Combined, the two technologies are boosting accuracy to more than 99 percent
