Balemaster® balers
put more green in your pocket.
If you are not baling your waste now, or if you are baling manually, then
you’re spending too much time handling empty cardboard boxes. Balemaster®
balers can do the work for you. Balemaster® wide-mouth auto-ty balers send
money to your bottom line in many ways. Here are just two:
1. Conventional hand tying takes 7 to 10 minutes per bale. But Balemaster®
auto-ty balers process cardboard waste into a dense bale that is
automatically and securely tied in less than 30 seconds.
2. Balemaster® balers produce bales with the highest density per cubic foot.
So there’s more material per volume than any other baler. This reduces
annual baling wire costs and maximizes recycling revenue per load.
Balemaster® balers are engineered to save energy, improve efficiency, reduce
wire usage, and lower maintenance costs. Being green is good business. But
pocketing green is even better.
Don’t crunch the numbers any other way.
Inventory control solution: Accu-Dart, a
developer of integrated warehouse logistics
and supply chain management solutions, has
introduced its inventory control solution for
Android. According to the company, mobile
devices can now integrate with ERP systems in
real time, giving warehouse workers flexibility,
multitasking capacity, and language support.
The Android option will enable a greater
range of devices for manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers using radio-frequency scanners for inventory control in the warehouse
setting. The Android version has the same
functionality as the iOS version released last
year. Warehouses can now use both operating systems in the same space.
Accu-Dart’s inventory control solution lets
warehouse staff work with devices they are
already familiar with, while also allowing for
multiple warehouse applications to be run
from the same devices to deliver flexibility and
timeliness for customers and employees.
Accu-Dart integrates directly and in real
time with Sage 300 ERP and AccountMate
software. The solution also validates and
enters data directly into the ERP system in
real time for improved accuracy. (Accu-Dart,

Stretch-wrapping machine: Metalworking
manufacturer TAB Industries LLC has introduced the TAB Wrapper Tornado line of orbital stretch-wrapping packaging machines. The
machines are designed to secure a palletized
load to its pallet as a single unit to improve
protection, safety, stability, and confidence in
handling and transportation.
The new device wraps the plastic film
around a horizontal axis, allowing the pallet
load to be wrapped around and attached to
the pallet while raised on a forklift or continuously fed on a conveyor. In addition, it eliminates the need for turntable stretch-wrapping
machines, banding, strapping, and overpack-aging, while speeding up the packaging
process.
Designed to secure metal and plastic components and extrusions, filled drums and
containers, bagged powders, cartons, and
other products that need to remain intact
through delivery, the wrappers lock standard,
oversized, and irregularly shaped loads to
the pallet in one minute or less, whether
loose, packaged, or in combination. The line
includes three standard models, but custom
units are also available. Manufactured at the
company’s Reading, Pa., headquarters, the
machines ship fully assembled and ready to
plug in and operate. (TAB Industries LLC,
