According to the company, operator conveniences include a high-visibility carriage, a
five-piece overhead guard that requires 75%
less time for overhead guard leg replacements, and a full suspension seat with lumbar support for maximum comfort. Standard
features include a single-handle control lever
and an operator-presence system with return-to-neutral and seat-actuated auto-mast lock.
Options for the BXC65 include cloth and
vinyl swivel seats, a 60-millimeter raised overhead guard (which is required for swivel seats
but is also available as a standalone option),
and a bottler’s tilt with an 8-degree forward
and 5-degree backward angle. A single/
double pallet attachment is also available as
a custom order modification. The attachment
allows the operator to move one pallet at a
time or two at once, allowing for fewer trips

Flexible AGVs: Mitsubishi Caterpillar
Forklift America Inc., the provider of
Jungheinrich lift trucks and narrow-aisle products in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, recently
expanded its North American product lineup
to include two new Jungheinrich automated
guided vehicle (AGV) solutions: the EZS 350a
NA and the EKS 215a.
The EZS 350a NA is an automated guided electric tow tractor that’s
based on Jungheinrich’s
standard tow tractor and
uses laser navigation. This
model can be used in
either automated mode
or manual mode, giving
users the flexibility to
choose the most efficient
form of operation.
The EKS 215a is
an automated guided medium/high-lev-el stacker that’s based
on Jungheinrich’s proven vertical order picker
design, according to
the company. This
AGV can be used in
mixed-opera-tions mode
alongside
other manual lift trucks
and pedestrians. The model also features
adjustable forks for the transport of special

Electric forklift: UniCarriers Americas (UCA) has introduced the BXC65 four-wheel cushion-tire electric forklift. The new BXC65, an extension of the company’s
BX electric forklift series, has a capacity of 6,500 pounds.
The new model offers AC (alternating current) technology, including 100% AC
motor and hydraulic systems. To reduce downtime, it features on-board diagnostics
delivering immediate truck status. Offering fast acceleration and high travel and
lift speeds, the BXC65 is engineered to deliver greater productivity in the most
demanding applications, the manufacturer says.
