New Corr-Paint CP2060 Protective Coating

Corr-Paint CP2060 mixes to a thick paste and is applied using a trowel or spatula. It sets and cures fully at room temperature in 24 hours. Typical film thickness is 50 mils for a single coat.

Corr-Paint CP2060, a new high temperature, silicon carbide filled, protective coating developed by Aremco Products, Inc., is now used to coat metal components and structures used in industrial applications to 500°F (260°C).

It is a two part, silicon carbide filled, 100% solids, epoxy-novolac, abrasion resistant system used to protect steel components and structures used in aircraft, automotive, chemical processing, foundry, and power generation plants for applications to 500°F (260°C).

Corr-Paint CP2060 provides adhesion to marginally prepared metal surfaces and corrosion resistance. It is resistant to a wide range of chemicals including acetic acid, jet fuel, alcohols, diesel fuel, gasoline, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, toluene and xylene. It also provides good thermal shock, salt spray, and UV resistance.

Nerolac Impressions Excel Total is a technologically advanced exterior paint that is specially designed for application in extreme tropical conditions of high rainfall, humidity and heat.

It is formulated with UPF, which delivers the benefits of dust resistance and water repellency. It also provides algae resistance and rich sheen and also comes with a seven-year warranty.

NEW ALIPHATIC POLYURETHANE LINE PAINT RESISTS ABUSE OF ATHLETIC FLOORING Chemline has launched Chemthane 3900, a new aliphatic polyurethane coating for athletic and pedestrian

floor systems. The tough, durable satin and gloss finish line paint is ideal for applications where abrasion and scuff resistance are important.

When Chemthane 3900 is applied to polyurethane, wood or concrete floors, the highly flexible line of paints will flex with the movement of the floor beneath. Plus the coating resists the effects of gasoline, oils, anti-freeze and salts while providing excellent slip and stain resistance.

Chemthane 3900 is a 1:1 mix ratio flexible polyurethane coating that offers resistance to weather and impact. It can be applied with either an airless spray or high pressure plural component system. When applied at 10 mils in a single coat, one gallon of Chemthane 3900 will cover approximately 175 square feet ( 4. 3 sq. meters per liter @ 10 mils).

Chemthane 3900 withstands high temperature from 180 °F-250 °F (80 °C-110 °C) and it can be applied on surface with temperatures from 45 °F-120 °F ( 7 °C- 48 °C).
