In 2011, you asked us to provide more high performance, mission critical
solutions in a wide variety of warehouse logistics applications from receiving
to shipping. We thank you for your confidence in Dematic. Our engineering
and implementation teams appreciate the opportunity to create logistics
results for your warehouse and distribution operations that reduce your cost.
We have developed a wide array of solutions across all your applications:
from light and voice directed fulfillment systems to integrated systems built
around convey/sort technology, automated staging buffers and
WCS software.

As we enter 2012, Dematic is developing more support infrastructure to serve you better. For example, we are continuing to grow and enhance our engineering resources to expand our capacity to design, build, implement and support the logistics systems for your operations. We understand your logistics operations are growing and have more sophisticated requirements, so we are scaling our organization to match this demand.

As you may know, Dematic also offers comprehensive lifecycle support. Our Customer Service organization, the largest in the industry, is sized to accommodate and support the 2,000 Dematic systems now operating in North America as well as many competitor installations. However, we know that as we launch each new logistics system in a warehouse or distribution center, we must be responsive to your ongoing operational needs. As your partner, it is all about serving you with high performance support. Not only maintaining high uptime for your systems, but reacting effectively to your changing requirements to modify, flex and revise the way you operate. We have been adding engineers to our Modernization and Upgrade team to further support you in this effort. We are also adding more qualified service technicians in all geographical locations across North America, to support the increasing demand for resident maintenance support.

Finally, we will continue to emphasize product and solution development. As a result, we will be introducing new technology solutions in 2012, including RapidStore, an all new miniload inventory buffer solution, a next generation Multishuttle and new WCS software including mobile applications, just to mention a few.
