Machinery has introduced its Magnum
Horizontal Fulfillment Auto Bagger with
optional TwinPrint Mod 6 label applicator.
Designed for mail order fulfillment bagging,
the device uses poly mailer tubing and can be
configured with an optional dual-side label
printer applicator that prints shipping information and the packing slip on a single label,
eliminating paperwork and minimizing errors.

Bagger is designed to meet the unique requirements of order fulfillment packaging with a
horizontal loading configuration and an integrated next-bag-out label printer applicator.
Ideal for packaging nearly every kind of apparel, the Magnum Horizontal can bag products
up to 15 inches wide by virtually any length
using poly mailer tubing. Once a user scans an
item’s bar code, the Magnum creates a bag
that is adjusted to the product’s size. With this
approach, costs are trimmed by “right sizing”

Diesel-engine lift trucks: UniCarriers
Americas Corp. has introduced the ZD30 Tier
4 Advanced Turbo Diesel (ATD) engine series
in its GO4 and FK Series lift truck models. The
EPA/CARB-certified, advanced ZD30 engine
delivers high power and increased efficiency
with emission levels that fall below Tier 4
requirements, the company says. The ATD
engine includes common rail fuel injection,
a variable-geometry turbo charger, cooled
exhaust gas recirculation, and a diesel oxidation catalyst.
The engine produces low emissions without using a diesel particulate filter. This
results in enhanced productivity and lower
fuel consumption. Other benefits of the ZD30
include its ability to maintain low noise levels
during idle and at maximum travel speeds,
plus an electronic-controlled Quick Glow
system for dependable cold weather starting.

Plastic bin adapters: Akro-Mils has expanded its line of plastic storage bin accessories with the addition of new Pegboard Bin Adapters, which are available in two
models. Model 30111 is five inches long and has a 30-pound weight capacity, while
Model 30112 is 10 and three-quarters inches long and has a 60-pound weight
capacity. These new accessories allow multiple hanging bin sizes to be installed on
existing standard pegboard and slatwall systems.
The Pegboard Bin Adapters’ welded steel construction provides secure hanging of
Akro-Mils’ AkroBins, InSight Bins, and Universal Hanging Bins. Bins attach directly to
