Enhanced real-time locating system:
IntelliTrack Inc. has released a new real-time
locating system (RTLS) with built-in temperature and motion-detection notifications. The
company has integrated its cloud-based asset
tracking software application, StratusAssets,
with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) asset beacons and cloud nodes to develop a single,
comprehensive solution that enables companies to have real-time visibility of the location
of their critical assets or inventory.
This RTLS is the first of its type and is ideal
for warehouses, distribution centers, and
other businesses looking to track and monitor
physical assets, the company says. By setting
up instant mobile notifications or logging into
the secure and encrypted StratusAssets application, users can visually see where assets are
located, when assets move, and if they move
at the wrong time or are moved by the wrong
owner or personnel.
Without an RTLS asset tracking solution,
companies must rely on static logs that have
to be updated manually. This turnkey solution, which includes beacons, readers, apps,
and cloud software, allows for rapid deployment. Intelli Track’s asset beacons can also be
read by most iOS and Android smartphones
and mobile computers, extending asset tracking capabilities across the entire enterprise.
Intelli Track’s RTLS application enables users
to identify the location and temperature of
hundreds of assets in a few seconds; view
detailed logs of when and who moved assets;
reduce the time spent looking for assets; gain
full visibility of their assets’ lifecycles; increase
accuracy of inventory counts; and reduce asset
loss. (Intelli Track Inc., www.intellitrack.net)
Point-of-sale software: Enspire Commerce,
an enVista company that delivers cloud-based
omnichannel enterprise commerce management (ECM) software, has launched the latest
version of RetailPoint, its point-of-sale software.
The newly enhanced version of RetailPoint
includes a number of new functionalities,
including standard mobile capabilities that
allow retailers to interact with clients anywhere in the store and conduct fast mobile
transactions via smartphone or tablet; the
ability to share customer profiles across every

returns for online purchases, view customer
order history and items remaining in an online
shopping cart, and more; and enterprise
inventory visibility, enabling retailers to fulfill
orders that might be out of stock in that
particular store through other store locations,

Lift table: Air Technical Industries (ATI) has introduced a three-point entry, zero-low lift table that permits a load to be placed on the table from three sides and
raised close to the operator. Designed for 90-degree entry-exit applications, the lift
can be used as an economical “freight elevator” to move material from one level
to another or even one floor to another.
Standard units are available in capacities of up to 2,500 pounds and lift heights
of up to 48 inches. Units can be customized to fit a company’s specific application.
