Built with just two building blocks (the frame and shelf), the units can be used to create complex rows of racks for all applications in small-parts storage. Because these systems can adapt to changing requirements without major effort, they save customers time and money, the company says.

Meta Clip shelving solutions are quick to install without the need for tools. The solid basic structure is composed of two modules: the frame and the shelves. These can form both single-shelf rows and complex systems, allowing for maximum flexibility. Each shelf within the Meta Clip system can be used to store products weighing up to 727 pounds. The systems can be plastic coated in an individual RAL color on request. The shelves are GS certified and quality certified according to RAL 614/1, offering users maximum safety, the company says.

Fleet solution: Penske Truck Leasing has launched its connected fleet solutions. Using a proprietary device-neutral data platform, Penske can now connect its systems with virtually any truck and engine configuration or telematics service provider.

Penske says the solution is designed to make it easy for customers to connect their vehicles and share their vehicle data with the company. The overall goal is improve vehicle uptime, safety, and compliance, and help keep customers well informed about their vehicles.

Penske’s connected fleet solutions also enable faster roadside-assistance call triage and improved vehicle maintenance through remote diagnostics, location data, and big-data analytics. The approach also provides a technological path to providing predictive vehicle maintenance. Rack fencing system: When configuring a warehouse operation, one of the challenges is securing the back of a structure to keep materials from being pushed off or from falling from the back of the racks. To address this need, International Technical Coatings has introduced the Architectural Fencing System (AFS).
