• Micropro 700

Micropro 700 is a unique combination of modified polypropylene and PTFE that has been micronized to a 2.0-3.0 NPIRI grind gauge reading. It’s formulated to impart gloss reduction and blocking resistance along with lubricity (slip) provided by PTFE. Micropro 700 will also impart improved mar and rub resistance. It prevents settling of silica flatting additives and improves burnish and metal marking resistance in low gloss paints and coatings.

• MicoKlear 709

MicroKlear 709 is a finely micronized combination of polyethylene, carnauba wax and PTFE ideally suited for use in coatings applications where excellent gloss retention, clarity and slip are desired such as in clear lacquers and OPVs. MicroKlear 709 will impart scratch and abrasion resistance with optimal slip properties to the most demanding coatings systems such as can and coil coatings.

• GENOMER 5271

GENOMER 5271 is a moderate viscosity amino acrylate oligomer with fast cure response, excellent flexibility, high gloss, low yellowing and TOLUENE-FREE. Suitable applications include industrial coatings, inks and varnishes and adhesives. GENOMER 5271 is typically used in amounts from 5%-25%. Smaller amounts (2%-5%) reduce oxygen inhibition with low yellowing.

• GENOMER 4230

GENOMER 4230 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer. Cured films of GENOMER 4230 are soft, flexible and non-yel-lowing. It can be used as a modifier to improve the flexibility of finished formulations. Suitable applications include coatings for metal and plastic, inks, and laminating adhesives.
