launched a reformulated, Manor Hall interior super premium latex paint. Manor
Hall is resistant to household stains
through the combination of resin and
proprietary formulation.
These 100 percent acrylic latex paints
have an outstanding adhesion and coverage, offering a burnish and mildew resistant coating and providing the durability
for use in high humidity and high traffic
areas, according to the company. A rich,
smooth film provides a beautiful finish
with the product’s outstanding hiding
aided by excellent flow and leveling. The
product is recommended for the following substrates: concrete/masonry block,
ferrous metal, gypsum wallboard-dry-wall, plaster and wood.
Dunn-Edwards Introduces
New Aquafall Paint
Dunn-Edwards has introduced a new and
improved version of its Aquafall Flat interior dry fall paint. Aquafall Flat is ideal for
commercial warehouses, factories, retail
outlets, hangars, parking structures and
other facilities where overspray cannot be
tolerated. Aquafall Flat exhibits very good
adhesion to galvanized heating ducts, foil-wrapped ducts, steel girders, masonry and
wood, according to the company. In addition to its excellent adhesion properties,
this premium product also provides for
easy clean-up. Aquafall Flat is eco-friendly,
ethylene glycol (EG)-free and produced
in the world’s only LEED Gold-certified
paint manufacturing plant.
Carbotherm 551 Epoxy
Insulative Coating
Carboline Company has released
Carbotherm 551, an advanced next gener-
ation insulative coating. This water-based
epoxy insulative coating has multiple
uses from protecting workers from burns
on hot surfaces to thermal insulation. It
dramatically reduces the effects of so-
lar radiation on operating vessels and
storage tanks and reduces heat built up
which can otherwise result in evaporative
emissions from storage tanks containing
hydrocarbon or other cargoes, according
to the company.
Carbotherm 551 can provide up to 60
percent energy efficiency when applied at
4-6 mm. In a single coat, it can protect
against heat caused by solar radiation
for pressure vessels, hydrocarbon storage
tanks and LP tanks. Owners can reduce
their solvent (carbon) emissions on storage
tanks by keeping skin temperatures cooler.

Product, SKIMCRETE CP
Dependable, LLC recently added to its line
of manufactured products. Skimcrete CP is
a high performance repair mortar. With its
ability to withstand extreme temperatures
Skimcrete CP is great for use outdoors. It is
an ideal product for fast track projects and
is open to standard traffic within 4 hours of
application. Skimcrete CP can be used on
vertical repairs, sidewalks, ramps and other
heavy industrial repairs. Skimcrete CP is a
fly ash product that can be applied as thin
as ¼” and is packaged in a 55 lb. double
wall bag.
Master Bond Introduces
MasterSil 705TC
Master Bond MasterSil 705TC features
a paste consistency that doesn’t require
mixing. This single component system
sets up in 7 minutes and has a non-corro-sive cure at room temperature when exposed to atmospheric humidity. Suitable
for a variety of bonding, sealing and coating applications, MasterSil 705TC delivers thermal conductivity and retains its
electrical insulation properties.
This system can also withstand temperatures ranging from - 60° F to 400° F.
It adheres well to metals, composites and
many plastics. As a silicone based system,
MasterSil 705TC is also flexible and offers a degree of reworkablity and has a
shelf life of 6 months.

DRYLOK Concrete Toner penetrates at
an even ratio, eliminating uneven color that only a professional can make
desirable, according to the company.
With DRYLOK Concrete Toner, users
can enhance faded concrete with a
little color without hiding the concrete
texture or stamping.
Stamped or other type of decorative
concrete surfaces such as driveways, patios, pool decks and other architectural
surfaces can get back their vigor with
DRYLOK Concrete Toner.

Clear Masonry
Waterproofer (
patent pending), an
alternative coating
to traditional pigmented waterproofing systems. It can
be used for waterproofing new and
existing construction made of masonry block, pre-cast,
poured walls, interior and exterior,
and decorative elements, such as split
faced block, stone,
brick and stucco.
DRYLOK Clear Masonry Waterproofer
can also be applied on floors, an application that traditional waterproofers were
unable to accomplish.
DRYLOK Clear Masonry
Waterproofer holds back water under
pressure. When used on floors, it will stop
water from coming up through the horizontal masonry and can be used prior to
applying adhesive and flooring material
