Kreis-Dissolver-Butterfly
Attributes/comments: suitable for
mixing, dispersing and evacuating ultra high viscous and
thixotrope products. Products like sealing materials, adhesives, PU casting compounds, polyester putty and printing
inks as well as all kinds of high-viscous and shear-sensitive
systems based on PU, epoxy and polysulfide can be produced with this type of machine. This machine is available
in different designs with driving powers of 15 to 90 kW
for batches of up to 1,500 liters.
Furthermore, we discern between
machines with double-shaft (with a
centrically arranged, slowly running
butterfly mixing tool and an eccentrically arranged, fast running dissolver
disc) and machines with single-shaft
(with only one centrically arranged,
slowly running butterfly tool). The
KREIS-DISSOLVER-BUTTERFLY
can be custom-made with options
like weighing systems, vacuum equipment, temperature measurement and
recipe controlled, semi- and fully-au-tomatic PC and PLC control systems.
