acrylic resin line. Archway will represent
Pioneer Solutions in all states east of the
Rocky Mountains. Representation in the
states of Indiana, Michigan and Ohio
will be shared with current distributor

Midsun Specialty Products, Inc. (MSP)
has entered into an exclusive distribution
agreement with Seal For Life Industries
(SFL), a newly restructured division of
Berry Plastics Corporation, that brings the
corrosion preventative Stopaq product
line to the Northeast U.S. “The addition
of the Stopaq line to the MSP offering is a
defining moment in the evolution of MSP.
The technologies enhance our current
product lines thus allowing us to better

Products Increases
Following KODA’s
Acquisition of E.W.
Kaufmann
Lonza’s long-time distribution partner,
KODA has completed the acquisition
of E.W. Kaufmann, a provider to the
coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE) markets. Lonza Materials
Protection customers will now benefit
from a new, broader distribution arrangement with the KODA Distribution Group
in the U.S.
Lonza Materials Protection provides
antimicrobials and preservatives to help
protect CASE products as well as lubricants and metalworking fluids from
fungi, bacteria and other contaminants.
Key Lonza brands sold into these markets include DENSIL antimicrobials,
TRIADINE antimicrobials, OMACIDE
fungicides, SODIUM OMADINE fungicides, ZINC OMADINE ZOE antimicrobials, PROXEL preservatives,
DANTOGARD preservatives and
REPUTAIN preservatives.

of the KODA Group, E.W. Kaufmann

ket in the Northeast, while another
KODA company, Monson, will only
represent Lonza in the metalwork-
ing fluid markets throughout the U.S.
Monson will transition their Lonza
CASE accounts to E.W. Kaufmann as
of September 1.

Increases Green
Commitment
Archway Sales, Inc. has completed the
installation of a 24. 8 kW solar panel
array at its headquarters in Saint Louis,
Missouri. The project was contracted
to Saint Louis based Microgrid Energy.
The array will reduce Archway’s carbon
footprint while providing low cost energy. Additionally, this project supports
the goals of the National Association
of Chemical Distributor’s (NACD)
Responsible Distribution program and
its emphasis on natural resource protection. Up to 20 percent of Archway’s
headquarters electricity will now be supplied by solar energy.
BASF Appoints Archway as
its PU Chemicals Distributor
for Coatings in Ohio Valley
BASF has appointed Archway Sales Inc.,
as a distributor for polyurethane chemicals to the coatings, adhesives and binders,
sealants and elastomers (CASE) market in
the Ohio valley. Archway will be a national distributor for the CASE market.
Resinate Materials Group
Enters into Distribution
Agreement with Connell
Brothers
Resinate Materials Group, Inc. has entered into a distribution agreement with
Connell Brothers, the largest marketer
and distributor of specialty chemicals
and ingredients in Asia-Pacific. Under the
agreement Connell Brothers would have
exclusive rights to distribute Resinate’s
line of PUDs resins in China, Taiwan,
Japan, South Korea and India.
