CHINACOAT (The China International Exhibition for Coatings, Printing Inks and Adhesives), the premier event for the paint and coatings market in China, alternates annually between Guangzhou and Shanghai. According to
CHINACOAT’s organizers, Sinostar International Ltd., in 2013,
the coatings output of China reached 13.03 million tons, with a
year-on-year increase of 3. 58 percent, accounting for more than
40 percent of the total worldwide production. It is estimated
that the growth rate will be approximately ;ve to eight percent
in the next three to ;ve years.
CHINACOAT2014 will be held December 3-5 at the China
Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. This annual
event offers attendees the opportunity to learn about the latest
products and technologies, as well as an opportunity to network
face-to-face with key industry personnel.
CHINACOAT2014 currently has a total of 898 direct ex-
hibitors, comprised of 675 from China, 45 from Hong Kong
and Taiwan regions and 178 from overseas, representing 26
different countries. Overall, 974 companies will be represented.
This year’s event attracted 183 new exhibitors, comprised of
149 from China, ;ve from Hong Kong and Taiwan regions and
29 from overseas.
CHINACOAT2014 Guangzhou will have six exhibit
zones: Zone 1 (Halls 9.2, 10.2 & 11.2): International Raw
Materials; Zone 2 (Hall 11.2): International Machinery,
Instrument & Services; Zone 3 (Halls 11.2, 9. 3, 10. 3
& 11. 3): China Raw Materials; Zone 4 (Hall 11.2):
Powder Coatings Technology; Zone 5 (Hall 11.2): UV/EB
Now in its 19th year, this annual event offers visitors a full range of exhibits for the paint
and coatings industry.
