• FOAM BLAST 4011 and 4288

These APE-free foam control products create superior, defect-free finishes in many formulations, including low/0-VOC coatings and graphic arts applications. Mineral-oil-based FOAM BLAST 4011 boasts versatility, superior knockdown and FDA clearances, while cost-efficient FOAM BLAST 4288 OMS emulsion creates superior finishes in clear, high gloss and acrylic inks and coatings.

• Silmera PR- 27 Silicone Emulsion The first in the Silmera line of performance silicone additives, PR- 27 is concentrated, dilution-stable, and solvent/NPE/APE-free. Designed for optimal slip and mar resistance in water-based printing inks, including indirect food packaging inks.

• ETHOFLEX ER EthoFlex ER is our newest additive for solvent borne epoxy resins, providing simultaneous improvements in toughness, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, gloss, and adhesion. Pot life and cure times are not affected, nor are VOC’s increased. The recommended usage rate is 5-30% depending on the required performance level.

• E-Sperse JT 85

E-Sperse JT 85, is 100% active bio-based wetting and dispersing additive designed for inorganic and organic pigments, flame retardants, UV agents, and fillers. Viscosity reductions up to 40% result when used in systems containing soybean oil, mineral oil, vegetable oil, unsaturated polyester, and highly filled epoxies.

• TEGO Dispers 690

TEGO Dispers 690 is designed specifically for solventborne printing inks used in food packaging. The ingredients are compliant with the A list of Swiss Ordinance SR 817.023.21, Annex 6. By using TEGO Dispers 690 in solventborne, PU-containing or binder-free pigment dispersions, high pigment loadings can be achieved due to strong viscosity reduction.

• TEGO Twin 4200

TEGO Twin 4200 is a universal substrate wetting additive for waterborne wood coatings, industrial coatings and printing inks, which can also be used in solventborne and even UV coatings. In addition to outstanding wetting and anti-cratering properties, TEGO Twin 4200 provides no foam stabilization and robust and easier processing during the paint manufacturing.
