Order Fulfillment and Distribution Services

We offer fulfillment and distribution strategies to manage your entire supply chain, helping to improve speed to market, customer service and inventory turns. In addition to managing the storage of products in our warehouses, we ensure that your goods are delivered as quickly as possible. Our value-add services can be customized to fit your needs and include: pick and pack operations, kitting, cycle counting, inventory management, barcode scanning, returns processing and replenishment.

Our capabilities include ASN/RF receiving, control tower, plug and play testing, product refurbishing, contract operations, visibility systems and order tracking. In addition, we are C-TPAT validated.

Reverse Logistics

We deliver an end-to-end reverse supply chain solution
by combining our core capabilities and services with
those of select niche partners. Our six strategically-
positioned reverse facilities, totaling more than 740,000
square feet, allow us to support our customer needs
regionally, reduce total transportation costs and improve
the carbon footprint. Our expert management of
products’ after-market lifecycle allows our customers to
capture the maximum recovery value for reused goods.

Transload, Cross Dock, and Drayage Management We have the network, practical experience and industry expertise — together with a robust IT communications framework — to handle your transload, cross dock, and dray management needs. We help shippers increase flexibility and supply chain velocity, and reduce cycle times to meet market demands.

We utilize tier-one IT solutions, including Manhattan Associates Inc. for warehouse management; Adena Solutions for transload and drayage; and WhereNet Corp. for yard management.
