Export On-Demand 1. 2 compliance solution: Management Dynamics, a provider of global trade management solutions, has created an export compliance solution for small and medium-sized exporters: Export On-Demand 1. 2. This new release provides companies with enhanced compliance screening and management of export licenses. Easily configured and deployed in a software-as-a-service-based model, Export On-Demand can be implemented in a modular fashion without the cost and expense of an on-premise solution, according to Management Dynamics.

The software offers global license determination, which allows users to access regulatory control content for more than 100 countries to determine whether licenses are required when exporting from those countries. The module also includes U.S. re-export license determination. Management Dynamics has also enhanced the software’s license management functions. The solution now allows users to account for license usage by quantity and dollar value and to choose whether to auto-apply a license based on sophisticated rules that check the validity of the license. The solution also permits users to configure new embargo screening options for specific compliance policies by country. A “warning word” dictionary defines keywords that will immediately cause a transaction to be put on hold for further investigation. When a user adds a new restricted party list, the retroactive list screening functions allows the user to choose to screen all trade partners at once, or only new and updated partners against the added list.
