Traffic White – a color from Teodur’s Matt Collection specially for aluminium and galvanized steel applications – was recently used to provide the perfect finish for an eye-catching set of outdoor furniture by Belgian design brand bastalpe: The Finn & Krakk. A collaboration between Sébastien Talpe and Giel Dedeurwaerder, the intriguing table Finn is built from a bent aluminium sheet which is then powder coated. This provides a stable shape while maintaining the minimalistic design. With the Finn comes the Krakk, a stool. And each one is unique, combining straight and organic forms, just like the table.

bastalpe, said: “The Finn and Krakk are
perfect examples of a design that is hum-
ble and discreet thanks to its pure lines.
We demand the very best of our suppliers
and that is why the collection is coated
with Axalta Coating Systems’ high-quali-

was key to the success of the design. We
