Sansin’s Line of
Water-Borne Wood Finishes
The Sansin Corporation recently announced that its line of exterior Enviro
Stains for siding, decks, furniture and log
homes, as well as Sansin’s Purity interior
stains and the Eco-ToneTM color system, are now featured at AR Paints and
Flooring in San Clemente, California.
In addition to Sansin exterior and
interior wood finishes, AR Paints amd
Flooring will also carry Sansin’s Wood
Cleaner, Lightener, Sealer, Aqua Guard
and Paint and Stain Remover. The retailer will also offer custom color matching
with Sansin’s unique tinting system.
AR Paints and Flooring is known as
the painting professional’s and homeowner’s choice in San Clemente for the
last 39 years.

The Sansin Corporation has also announced that its line of products will
now be featured at an additional ten
Miller Paint Stores in both Oregon and
Washington State. With this expansion,
14 Miller Paint Stores now carry Sansin
wood finishes.
According to Paul Sawyer, senior
vice president of sales and marketing at
Miller Paint Store headquarters, “We’re
introducing Sansin stains in more of our
stores for two reasons. One, their eco-
friendly wood finish technology is just
top of the line. Second, since Miller Paint
is 100 percent employee owned, we like
the fact that Sansin focuses on serving
independent retailers.”
Sansin stains are particularly suited
to the harsher, wetter weather conditions
in the Pacific Northwest. “Our stains
provide all the characteristics of pen-
etrating oils, yet utilize moisture in the
wood itself to diffuse deep into the wood
tissue, even when the moisture content is
as high as 25 percent,” said Bos. “Sansin
finishes appeal to customers since they
provide long-lasting protection with
high impact in an eco-conscious way. We
are proud to offer our products now at
even more Miller Paint locations.”
Sansin’s product lines include: Enviro
Stains – exterior wood stains (DEC,
Classic, SDF) protect wood through
Sansin’s unique waterborne formulas;
they contain no harsh or flammable
solvents and allow wood to “breathe”
naturally, inhibiting decay and increas-

ACCI Award
VITEX – Yannidis Bros SA, a Greek
architectural coatings manufacturer,
recently won the “Environment and
Green Development” award at the ACCI
Awards 2013.
The awards ceremony was held at
the “Megaron Mousikis” in the presence of political and business representatives. The opening speech, addressed
to the entrepreneurs, was made by the
Prime Minister Antonis Samaras, and
the awards were given by the Minister
of Development and Growth Kostis
Hadjidakis.
“This year’s award for our company
is the culmination of initiatives that have
been taken in the direction of sustain-
able growth for many years and from
many people in our organization,” said
Armodios Yannidis, executive vice presi-
dent of VITEX. “It is the fifth consecu-
tive sustainability award given to our
company and we celebrate it by offering
all our eco-friendly products with an ad-
ditional discount of five percent. Part of
the revenues from this offer will go to
charity – our company will paint five
houses of families with no income com-
pletely for free.”
