Perstorp Names New President and CEO
Perstorp Holding AB, recently announced
that Perstorp president and CEO Martin
Lundin will be leaving his position. Jan
Secher, most recently CEO of Ferrostaal
AG, will succeed Lundin, who will remain
involved in certain strategic projects of
Perstorp, including Perstorp’s Vencorex
joint venture.
Secher has held a number of CEO positions, most recently with Ferrostaal AG,
where he was brought in to establish new
business practices as well as to set a strategic direction for the company. Secher
was also CEO of Clariant from 2006-
2008. He will join Perstorp in September.
Sika Automotive Division
Makes Personnel
Appointment
Sika Automotive Division USA has appointed Brett Loomis director of sales
automotive domestics group. Loomis
will manage automotive sales groups for
Ford, General Motors and Chrysler.
Prior to joining Sika, Loomis was
employed for fifteen years with Axson
Revocoat US Inc. as director of sales.
During those years, he was responsible for
multiple areas including OEM and Tier
Automotive Sales and Technical Service,
and for supplying Body Shop, NVH,
paint shop, and trim adhesives, sealants
and body damping solutions to the Axson
Revocoat customer base. Loomis also has
additional experience in various Quality
and Engineering roles at G&L Industries,
Inc. and Chivas Products Ltd.
SCIGRIP Appoints European
Key Account Manager
SCIGRIP has appointed Mark Rogan
European key cccount manager. Rogan
will be responsible for SCIGRIP’s sales
activity and customer account management in select regions of Europe and the
pursuit of new business opportunities in a
diverse range of markets including transportation and construction.

Rogan joins SCIGRIP from Henkel
and possesses an extensive knowledge of
the adhesives industry.
In his previous role, he managed a
range of OEM and MRO clients in the
transportation and recreational vehicle
sectors and converted many fastener users to bonding techniques.
Sartomer Appoints Account
Manager
Sartomer USA LLC has appointed
Agustin Xoconostle account manager.
Xoconostle is responsible for sales in
the southern United States (Tennessee,
Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi,
Alabama and Georgia) as well as Latin
America and Puerto Rico. He is based out
of Sartomer’s headquarters in Exton, PA,
and reports directly to Michael Rose, director of sales.
Xoconostle gained experience in
chemical manufacturing while working
for Arkema as a technical service engineer, where he provided direct technical
support for customers located throughout North America. His responsibilities
also included supporting Arkema’s production plant in powder coating technologies and developing new products for
adapting coating systems to new applications. In 2010, he became Arkema’s business development engineer and managed
several top-growth programs for the oil
and gas, automotive and laser sintering
markets.

Hires Polymer Chemist
Chemsultants International has hired
Brandon True as a polymer chemist. In
his position True will be responsible for
analytical testing, product development,
and problem solving projects. He will
report directly to Berry Decker, technical
projects manager. True brings five years
of silane, acrylic coatings and adhesives
experience to the company. He started
his career with Nanofilm Ltd. He has

worked on formulating and compounding new products and coatings and co-contributed to a patent involving an
anti-fog coating.
RPM Names New Director
of Global Tax Planning
RPM International Inc. has named Neil
Jamieson director, global tax planning. In
this role, he will work on projects ranging from corporate income tax planning
to income tax compliance. Jamieson joins
RPM after spending 17 years at Ernst
& Young LLP, where he most recently
served as a senior manager in its Business
Tax Services Group. In this capacity, he
provided tax consulting and reporting
services to various Northeast Ohio publicly traded companies.
Adhesive and Sealant
Council Names Senior
Technical Manager
The Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC)
has named Connie Howe senior manager,
technical services to oversee its technically oriented programming including short
courses, Training Academy and Advanced
Technology Link. Howe will also serve
as staff liaison to Technical Committee.
Having held several technical corporate
positions and experience with various
adhesive technologies, she will play a
leading role in developing ASC’s focus on
sustainability and environmental product
declarations.

Hires SAP FICO Analyst
Chromaflo Technologies Corp. has appointed Tetyana Grayson to serve as SAP/
FICO analyst. She will work with key
members of finance and support concurrent SAP projects and production. The
role will also include working with end
users to design, develop, configure and
test new system functionality. Grayson
